I've finished it.
Finally you can all bow to the supreme glowy-ness that is Reliquem!!
This is most definately my best piece to date i tell you this, it took two bloody days to colour and all and i nearly killed myself with the markings! So yayness

Notes:
Reliquem is a dragon who i wanted to look old yet hold the new ways of today's teens. So really some DCers may know that his whole system is based on the need to P.A.R.T.Y.
Yerse.
The reason why he glows is simple because he was found as a young foetus (this particular dragon species that i havent given a name to yet gives birth to live young and well... i have to type up his story some time to why he was found as a 'foetus') and was used in the lab as a new form of biological warfare and is a much newer project compared to that of Atzerri. So basically they come from the same place and could be called siblings for the same cause. However Atzerri is s much older version and... ok i'll stop here cause im giving away too much.
Yes so when he comes into contact with chemicals, partys a little too hard, become irritated, hears music he likes or takes any of the pills he needs to keep his body ticking, he will start to glow any colour possible in any sort of pattern. (for this picture i just made him rainbow to prove he has the basic colour scheme)
So yeah. He may look angry here, but really he isnt he's a nice guy. Most of the time. Some of the time. Ok it depends on what he thinks of you for first impressions
So when he's chilled or at the 'norm' his patterns are just a light grey and shows up on his scales. he has interesting scales, yes. On the patterened spots he has skin like that of a cuttlefish which is how he can change colour but atop that is a clear scale covering to protect this delicate skin.

Oh and you might have to turn the brightness of your screen cause the picture is pretty dark. sorry..
