Rel just chilling in his default state because he cant glow all day all night! No one really knows about his 'default' colour because they all assume he's rainbow, flashy bright all the time. Truth is he isnt, he often walks down the street in this form, flashing in spots of lightning every so often a single colour like blue if he's listening to music or is talking to someone that intrigues him.
3 hours of work including drawing and inking time. EDIT: Fuck what i just said. I re-looked at the image and was like 'WHAT THE FUCKING HELL WAS I THINKING??!?!' and changed it. Yes, i made the head smaller.. decided not to falls victim to the neopet 'cuteness' and brought him aliiiiiive... ALIVE DAMNIT. For those of you who didnt see the 'big head' then haha to you, hahaha.. You'll never see it. Ever. I saved it somewhere but i shall never reveal it ever again to the light of day. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
